About our Head Professional
James Marshall has been PGA qualified since 1995. After joining Westerham as a teaching professional in December 1996, James competed on the tournament circuit for 4 years, sponsored by the Club, gaining great experience competing on the Kent/Southern Regions, Europro, Sunshine & Challenge Tours.
Having now returned to Westerham, James runs a professional service in retail, course management,club custom fitting, club repairs and teaching.
Backed by the first class practice facilites at Westerham, there is no better opportunity to improve your game!
James' Philosophy
No two people are the same; we each have differing levels of strength and flexibility and we all absorb information in different ways. We therefore need to be taught in a way which suits us individually.
I take the time to get to know my clients, to understand their strengths and weaknesses and tailor my tuition to suit them.
This personal approach means that we find the correct swing for you, improving your effectiveness and consistency - and your enjoyment - on the course.
